  • Country of the project
  • Requested service
  • Project description
  • Preferred start period (optional)
  • Uploaded files – plans/photos (optional)

3. Purpose of data processing

Your personal data is processed exclusively for the purpose of handling your project enquiry, for contacting you and for preparing a quote.

4. Legal basis

Processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR (consent by activating the privacy checkbox in the contact form).

5. Disclosure to third parties

Your data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for processing your enquiry (e.g. e-mail delivery via a technical service provider). Your data will not be disclosed for advertising purposes.

6. Storage period

Your data will be stored for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and any resulting contract. It will then be deleted, provided there are no statutory retention obligations.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data. The competent supervisory authority is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

10. File uploads

Files (PDF, JPG, PNG) can optionally be uploaded via the contact form. These are stored encrypted in cloud storage and used exclusively to process your enquiry. The files are deleted after processing is complete.
